چکیده
Introduction: There are many potential anatomic configurations of celiac axis and hepatic artery. Michel’s classified arterial variations in 10 categories. Knowledge about these patient is invaluable before surgery. Multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) can accurately depict the vascular anatomy artery non-invasively. The aim this study was to find out prevalence different types anatomical variation patients undergoing multiphase CT.
Method: Cross-sectional, prospective done Department Radiology, Patan Hospital, Academy Health Sciences. MDCT abdomen 178 with phase images between December 2021 March 2022 were evaluated for Arterial categorized according classification. Prevalence each variant gender wise calculated.
Results: CT scans which 94 male 84 female. Among individuals 133 (74.7%) had normal (Type I) 45 (25.3%) some sort anatomy. Type III commonest type seen 18 (10.1%) individuals. We found 6(3.4%) other than by Michel.
Conclusion: multiple our population. such will be great importance surgeon interventional radiologist planning surgical or procedures prevent complication.
